We can use quantitative and qualitative methods as well as reflective action learning. This spans research suitable for peer reviewed academic journals, embargoed evaluations, tailored briefings and evidence reviews or monitoring your system change. We are particularly keen on rapid produced thematic analyses and appreciative enquiry. We can also weave creativity into outputs and dissemination via films, infographics etc.
3. Coaching & Mentoring
We can support you to lead, inspire, change, grow through one yo one and group coaching. We can draw on a range of models and experiences, including lived experience of trauma by organisations.
4. Strategy and Planning
We can work with you to map your trauma informed assets , opportunities and ‘Trojan mice’, and set a direction. We can support your project work towards facilitating the outcomes needed. We can examine patterns in your organisations including unintended consequences of implementation.
5. Innovation
We can develop new products or ways of doing things. Come and present us a problem and we can problem work forwards solutions. For example, this could be through a one off or a series of coaching sessions, support with designing a workshop, leading a workshop or event, speaking, leadership support, etc.
